These are the people that Agents fear the most "FSBO's" or better known as For Sale By Owners.
Mostly because a lot of times the sellers are either Agents selling their own home, Past/Retired
Agents, or a Relative of an Agent who is guiding them (Personally I think if you're listening to an Agent that is not
Bold enough to Tell you that this is the Biggest Mistake you can make by Selling it yourself, Both financially and Legally
then you shouldn't be listening to them to begin with!) AND YOU BETTER READ ON, TRUST ME. Most FSBO's from my experience
usually are "Old School" people who are typically over 50 and probably bought the house with a few bucks and
a hand shake! For this reason I could see why they are trying to sell it on their own. Our Commission
is most likely going to cost them more than what the house originally did. But what seller don't realize is a lawsuit
that follows will be our commission X 3 Most of the time!
